Donate Second Hand Uniform

We are launching a second-hand uniform programme for both Chorister School and Durham School and would greatly appreciate your support. The purpose of this initiative is to gather unwanted pre-loved uniforms from current and former pupils. This will help reduce the environmental impact of our uniforms, provide cheaper uniforms for current pupils, raise money for The Friends of DCSF, and return some of the value of your children's uniforms to you.
Here's how you can take part:
Prepare
Gather any clean, used DCSF uniform and or sportswear that no longer fits your child. Ensure the uniforms are in good condition and free from any major stains or damages.
Tell Us
Click on Donate Second Hand Uniform.
Fill in the short form and you will be sent an email with a QR Code.
Print that out and put it in the bag of uniform you wish to donate. If you have multiple bags please include a slip in each of the bags.
You can choose how much of the sale price you wish to keep and how much you wish to donate. You can also choose to donate 100% of the items to The Friends. You can gift aid this donation – increasing the donation value by 25% at no cost to you.
If you don't include a label we will treat all items as an anonymous donation and 100% of the sale price will be donated to Friends

Drop off your donations at Durham School Reception during the Summer Holidays. Opening Hours will be from 9am-11am throughout the holidays. We can arrange different drop off times by appointment too.
By donating your second-hand uniforms, you will be making a positive impact on the lives of other families, as well as promoting sustainable practices within our Foundation community. We appreciate your generous support and commitment to making a difference.
We hope to offer Second Hand Uniform for sale in early August, but of course, we need some to sell first! Sales will also be online.
